Scan2PDF is an AI-powered scanner and PDF generator provided by Staksoft. Our application allows users to capture images, enhance them using mathematical algorithms and AI models, and combine them into high-quality PDF documents.

We offer both local processing and cloud-assisted features to ensure you have the best possible experience regardless of your device's hardware capabilities.

We offer various subscription tiers for premium features. All billing is processed through the Google Play Store or our authorized secure payment partners.

• You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan, including applicable taxes.
• Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled in accordance with the store's billing policies.
• Refunds are governed by the respective platform policies (e.g., Google Play Refund Policy).

You retain all ownership rights to the documents and images you process. However, you are solely responsible for the content you upload, scan, or process.

You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions for such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws. Staksoft assumes no liability for the content processed by our users.

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Using the application to upload or process content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or violates the rights of others.
• Using the application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or decompile any part of the application.
• Using the application to process copyrighted materials without permission.
• Automating access to our AI processing servers beyond normal usage.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the application at any time without prior notice.

We may also update these Terms of Use periodically. Continued use of the application after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

The Scan2PDF application, including its source code, design, icons, and AI models, is the exclusive property of Staksoft and is protected by international copyright laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Staksoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Scan2PDF application.

We do not warrant that the application will be error-free or uninterrupted, although we are committed to providing high-quality software maintenance.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
