Refund Policy

Understanding our refund terms for software development services.

Staksoft provides custom software development and related technology services. Due to the nature of our work, we follow this Refund Policy:

1. Project-Based Work

Payments for completed milestones, phases, or delivered components are non-refundable.

Refunds are not issued when:

  • Work has already been delivered
  • A milestone or sprint is completed
  • Delays or changes arise from client-side issues
  • The client changes project scope or requirements

2. Upfront or Deposit Payments

Deposits or advance payments are used to reserve development hours and are non-refundable.

However, if no work has started, a partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

3. Subscription or Retainer Services

Monthly/annual support, maintenance, or hosting fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle starts.

4. Cancellations

If a client cancels a project:

  • All completed work must be paid for
  • Source code or deliverables up to that point will be handed over
  • Future invoicing is stopped

5. Quality Guarantee

We offer revisions for issues directly related to project scope.

Revisions do NOT include:

  • New features
  • New integrations
  • Design or requirement changes beyond the agreed scope
