Bulk Message & Mini CRM (تطبيق إرسال الرسائل وإدارة العملاء, "we", "our", or "the app") is a mobile application developed by Staksoft. It is designed to assist sales teams, real estate agents, marketers, customer support reps, and small business owners in importing lead spreadsheets (CSV/Excel/Google Sheets), organizing personalized message outreach on WhatsApp and SMS, managing follow-up reminders, and logging customer conversion outcomes.
Our core philosophy is absolute privacy: the app functions as a 100% offline-first utility. We do not operate remote customer databases, backend lead servers, or cloud synchronization engines. Your customer records remain strictly under your local physical control.
Our Core Privacy Principle: Local-First Architecture
Unlike conventional SaaS CRMs that store sensitive customer phone books on external third-party servers, Bulk Message runs exclusively on your device. All contact parsing, dynamic template merging ({الاسم} / {Name}), and outcome analytics execute locally in the application's secure sandbox.
1. Information We Collect (and Do Not Collect)
We believe that the best way to safeguard user privacy is not collecting personal data in the first place:
Zero Cloud Uploads
We do not upload or transmit your customer leads, imported spreadsheets, phone numbers, notes, or template messages to any remote server or third-party database.
Sandboxed Local Storage
Campaign lists, lead interaction tags (Interested, Callback, Converted), and broadcast reports are stored securely in local NoSQL storage (Hive) on your smartphone.
2. Device Permissions Usage
To provide outreach management and file importing, the app requests minimal system permissions. Each permission is used solely on-device:

3. Advertising ID, Analytics & Third Parties
We respect your digital privacy and adhere strictly to Google Play User Data policies:
- No Advertising ID: The application deliberately removes the Google Advertising ID (AD_ID) and attribution permissions. We do not track users across other apps or build advertising profiles.
- No In-App Ads: The app is 100% ad-free.
- Aggregated Analytics: We may use privacy-preserving, aggregated telemetry (Firebase Analytics) to monitor crash reports, screen load reliability, and feature adoption. No customer contact data, phone numbers, or message content is ever logged.
- WhatsApp Intent Forwarding: Outgoing messages are dispatched directly via standard Android intents (whatsapp://send?phone=...) into the official WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business application installed on your device.
4. In-App Purchases & Payments
Optional Pro upgrades and lifetime access are processed securely through the official Google Play Billing system. Staksoft does not handle, process, or store your credit card numbers, billing addresses, or banking information. All transactions are governed by the Google Play Terms of Service.
5. Data Control, Retention & Wiping
Because your data resides exclusively on your mobile phone, you have total autonomy:
- Export Data: You can export filtered lead segments (e.g., "Interested" or "Converted" leads) and campaign logs to CSV or vCard format anytime.
- Instant Data Wipe: You can purge all leads, campaigns, templates, and history by navigating to Settings > Wipe All Data inside the app.
- App Uninstallation: Deleting the app from your device immediately erases all locally stored database files.
6. Children's Privacy
Our app is intended for sales professionals, marketers, and business operators. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal data from children under the age of 13.
