Bulk Dialer ("we", "our", or "the app") is a mobile application developed by **Staksoft** designed to assist telecallers, sales agents, and business owners in managing call campaigns, power auto-dialing lead lists, tracking call dispositions, and sending follow-up templates on WhatsApp.
Because Bulk Dialer is built as an offline-first utility, we do not operate remote servers, cloud databases, or customer authentication systems. Your data remains entirely under your local physical control.
1. Information We Collect (and Do Not Collect)
Unlike traditional CRM and dialer apps that upload contact information to the cloud, Bulk Dialer treats privacy as a default feature:
Zero Server Uploads
We do not host or operate backend cloud databases. None of your leads, phone numbers, customer notes, call logs, or templates are transmitted to our servers or third-party databases.
Local Hive Database
All campaign configurations, lead priority queues, outcome dispositions, and call records are saved locally on your device in a secure, sandbox-isolated database.
2. Device Permissions Usage
To provide core dialer and campaign features, Bulk Dialer requires access to specific system-level APIs on your mobile operating system. These permissions are used exclusively for on-device actions:

| Post Notifications | Flashes local push alarms at specified dates and times for callback reminders, ensuring you never miss a follow-up commitment. |
3. Third-Party Services
Bulk Dialer is designed to run without background trackers. We respect your network data and do not package:
- No advertising networks, SDKs, or personalized ad trackers.
- No analytics or performance telemetry reporting tools (e.g. Firebase Analytics, Flurry).
- No third-party cloud database sync engines.
Outbound communications are initiated purely through standard platform intents, such as launching the device's native dialer or forwarding message content directly into the official **WhatsApp** app via URL schemes (`whatsapp://send?phone=...`).
4. Data Control, Backups & Deletion
Because all data resides locally on your mobile device, you have complete ownership and control over it:
- Export Controls: You can export any campaign list, contact group, or call history outcome to a standard CSV report or vCard backup file at your convenience.
- Permanent Deletion: You can wipe all campaigns, templates, logs, and settings inside the app by going to Settings > Danger Zone > Wipe All Data.
- Uninstallation: Uninstalling the Bulk Dialer application from your device permanently purges the local Hive database. Staksoft cannot recover deleted records, as we never hold copies.
5. Children's Privacy
Our service is designed for business owners, sales professionals, and corporate callers. Bulk Dialer is not targeted toward, nor do we knowingly collect or process information from, children under the age of 13.
6. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to align with new OS capabilities, store requirements, or legal regulations. All amendments will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" timestamp. We recommend checking this page periodically to remain informed.
